The second will run from Ragama to Kottawa via Kelaniya and Battaramulla. The third one is meant for linking Colombo Fort with Kadawata.</p><p></p><p>In addition, the main line between Malabe and Colombo Fort will be implemented by a Japanese company under a loan facility from Japan.</p><p></p><p>The first tranche of US $ 260 million of this loan will be ready for Sri Lanka next month.
