I saw only pdf format in the new one. anyone saw any option for csv, xls download? can extract data from a pdf but it is an additional bother.in the new ui, when viewing transactions, half the screen (left) is used to show account info and the other half (right) used for transaction list. did anyone find a way to change this? A bother as sometimes have to be scrolling left and right to see the transaction records shown in half a screen. This will depend on screen size and zoom level. But a ui has to be designed to tolerate a wide variance. In the very old ui, it was a sensible arrangement. what happened to the account nicknames from the old system. they are missing. Does the bank expect us to remember the account numbers!. Anyone any luck. I am still looking for the place to add them. But don't feel like wading through a pool of poop.In the previous rubbish, could not do multiple bill payments in one go. In the very old one this was provided. Hope they have corrected it. Did not check yet.Looks like, the new UI (and the one before) have been developed by an inexperienced bunch who have not analysed the customer use cases properly.Luckily the link to the very old UI is still there.
