The CEO of SAITM was not injured in the attack, however his  vehicle sustained damages.June 11th         සයිටම් ආයතනයේ හිටපු ප්‍රධාන විධායක නිළධාරියාව අපරාධ පරික්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විසින් අත්අඩංගුවට ගනීසයිටම් ආයතනයේ හිටපු ප්‍රධාන විධායක නිළධාරි වෛද්‍ය සමිර සේනාරත්න මහතා  අපරාධ පරික්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තු‍ විසින් අත්අඩංගුවට ගත් බව පොලිසිය පවසනවා. ඉකුත් 2017 වසරේ පෙබරවාරි මස දිනක සයිටම් ආයතනය ආසන්නයේදි වෛද්‍ය සමිර  සේනාරත්න මහතා ගමන්ගත් මෝටර් රථයට වෙඩි ප්‍රහාරයක් එල්ල වු අතර එය හිතා  මතාම සැලසුම් සහගව සිදුකරන ලද සිදධියක් බවට හෙළි වි ඇති අතර, ඒ සම්බන්ධයෙන්  වෛද්‍ය සේනාරත්න මහතාගෙන් අපරාධ පරික්ෂක දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවට මිට පෙර දිනක  ප්‍රශ්න කර තිබුණි. එම ප්‍රශ්න කිරිමට අදාලව මෙම අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනිම සිදුකර  ඇති බවයි පොලීසිය කියා සිටියේ. අත්අඩංගුවට ගත් සේනාරත්න මහතා අද කඩුවෙල මහේස්ත්‍රාත් අධිකරණයට ඉදිරිපත් කිරිමට නියමිතයිRemanded till 14thThe  former CEO of SAITM, Dr. Sameera Senaratne was arrested on Saturday by  the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) over the shooting which took  place in Malabe in February 2017. The former CEO was arrested for allegedly staging the shooting along  with a Pradeshiya Sabha member. He was remanded till June 14 by the  Kaduwela magistrate's court.
