Germany, Finland & some Scandinavian countries have made it mandatory for every male to have Military training (not just leadership) for 1 year after they are done with the studies. I personnly am so worried abt the workforce we have cos we interview most of these people & believe me 90% cannot speak 1minute abt themselves, cant stand straight in front of a crowd. cannot move with a team. have major attitude issues..but every tom dick & harry is a graduate frm a local uni. so if we are trying to be in par with the 1st world there are some decisions we need to take, ppl who do not wanna take it can stay there.. while others move with the world.Need to emphasize this is not a MILITARY training but a leadership & skill development programme, if you know the $$$ we spend in the corporate sector for these trainings no one will talk bull on this, my belief is every man is so lucky to have this at the start point of their lives. I knw exactly wat his can bring into their lives cos being a Cadet Major at school has given me the strength & determination to succeed many areas in life. & im asking every 1 just to wait & see till they come after the training... they will have some veins & spineIncompetent JVP retards are short of political slogans at the moment.. so watever the govt does they wanna make a issue out of that just to show their presence to the country.. regardless the decision is good or bad. I just do not see any point of talking abt this hopless JVP cancer of the nation.. waste of my words & time, we knw exactly wat they need cos we've been there whn we were there, if u knw wat i mean.If we can do an unbiased survey out of the participants once the training is over, dat would give u all the answers!</blockquote>
