You don't know how many Chinese and Russian students qualify for so called top universities. Russia and China are far more developed than SL, I wonder why these super intelligent SL people can't do anything for SL. Reason for that is they can't think, they just can only follow something. Again SL universities also sell degrees, FOR POLITICIANS. Eg - Mervin SilvaPS- if you can't prove it, you should not shout about it. That SL university lecturer showed the world how much stupid he is.SL government almost spend lot of money for country's education.</blockquote>
