I do not know whether these 'unlawful' agents can deliver FC , but local currency is delivered to hand , so what is the account they are going to freeze(Mr. Cabral is joking).The other issue is this is his second term (he is getting first term pension too) so why did he allow such illegal money exchanges in Sri Lanka for a long time .People take risk using these methods so his threat will not have any effect.We had Chemical Fertilizer Fiasco, next LPG , now FC. some more to come</blockquote>
