So the company owner should be very satisfied with you in the training period. And also every company has their own quota of how many S pass employees can be recruit. So companies cannot just take you to the job even they are willing to pay you that salary. So if you are very good at what you are doing you have a good chance of getting the job with S pass. But employer is not very impressed you have to come back to Sri Lanka with waste of money</blockquote>
