Chandrasiri said that according to the complaint, when the Brigadier's driver was driving towards Kotte from Sri Jayawardenapura Mawatha, Susanthika's vehicle, had tried to overtake the Army car from the left side. [/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]The complaint states: When Susanthika's vehicle tried to overtake the Army vehicle, it had hit the left side of the Army vehicle and had stopped in the inner lane of the road at the Uswatta Junction.
