Clearly staff were at fault even if a customer assault or abuse. They have a security to complain it to the Police or take action to defuse it. In Sri Lanka customer is not the King ! It is the security is the King ! so stop entering such places as you may be at their mercy if you enter such places like in this case. There are no ethics or customer care in Sri Lanka specially in large shopping places .</blockquote>
