But mammals,  including human beings, require certain genes to come from sperm, and are incapable of parthenogenesis.But recently scientists have grown human embryo-like structures without using sperm, eggs or a womb using Pluripotent Cells. Of course they wouldn't proceed beyond a certain stage because of ethical issues.That's the scientific answer but anything is possible with religion which is not my forte.</blockquote>
