Listen guys I don’t want to rain on anyone’s parade but there is a point where we need to face the facts. Catching a financial thief especially with money laundering isn’t going to be simple or happen anytime soon. I honestly think our current president used this as bait to win the presidency. But that is fine if he actually works to change the whole political system. That said without catching the smaller corrupt government officials first there’s no way they will get to the big names in politics. You’ve got to catch the shrimp before you can bait the shark. This isn’t about any political party it is about all of us as Sri Lankans. No matter what party you support as citizens we are at the bottom of the pyramid carrying almost all the weight. It is not about taking down one party or praising another. It’s about taking the next step as a country and freeing ourselves from political corruption.</blockquote>
