And provide them with enough projects to work on. What if I run out of projects or don't get big budget projects. I'm a developer myself and I know what they need. I'm more than happy to offer what they want if they are doing a good job. So it's a win win situation where everyone is happy at the end of the day.But the risks associate with that it so high. I've seen many start ups which failed due to various reasons.
