Karthik has told me that play has been called off.  We have visuals now and every inch of the ground is covered. Looks like  it would take half an hour to take off the covers themselves, leave  alone drying the outfield. The conditions have contributed to  fascinating spells of cricket. Except when they haven't. Another  frustrating end. Forecast much better tomorrow. Like everyone involved  with in game, let's be hopeful.
