Refunds will take place from the 2nd of September 2014 to the 10th of September 2014 from 10 am to 3.30 pm at the SLC head office, 35, Maitland Place, Colombo 7.It is compulsory for the Ticket holders to produce the original ticket purchased in order to receive the refund.Tickets purchased through the Internet will be refunded to the same Credit Card used for the purchase. however the ticket holders who have collected the original tickets should produce the original tickets issued for the Internet purchase for the refund.
