No proper parking (bottlenecked access road) and a huge building with so many workers, but no customers. Because the location is known for average locals who shop at Sriyani and Kotuwe Kade. If they expected the customer base at the Queen's Hotel's Odel then they are mistaken. Who did the feasibility? Lol.Maybe politics interfered, but general stupidity caused more harm, and it cost them billions.</blockquote>
