They do give plenty of time for employee initiatives. They have a nice term for that which I can't remember. Even the Orkut community was an initiative by a normal employee. Most importantly, Google gives you free time... even several days off... to go and have some free time with family and enjoy life. Coz Google knows that's how creativity comes out you know.. Definitely a nice place to work and an objective of mine too. heh</blockquote>
