Thats the most important thing. If ur going to do chopping and changing like we have done in the recent past we are not going any where.So we need to identify who are the potential players who can win you matches and back them. They might fail on and off but you need to stick with them. Eventually they will come good. Only thing you need to give them proper guidance and confidence.</blockquote>
