Find below a CDC graph on gun deaths. It's the result of gun lobby running politics thus the lack of political will to make a change and implement proper restrictions. You need to enact sensible gun laws to reduce access to weapons. In the USA any idiot can get a weapon of a high capacity destructive power. Also you need to address the gun culture and further address what's causing it.
