As far as COVID 19 is concerned we are yet to hit it's catastrophic curve since we took measures even though with a little delay. It worked but as things stand it has not stopped spreading. We see small clusters of infections popping up every week. If we have gone at least 7 to 10 days without new infections it could be considered safe and this decision could have been taken. Given the way our people behave, what I believe is its far too early, I'll timed decision that is more likely to end up in a catastrophe. I hope not but you never know.
