I'm using this. You can watch any file format including HD content stored in your pc harddisk via a wireless or cat5/6 ethernet network. your tv should be HD ready(720p or 1080i/p) to watch in HD resolution. You can even copy all your movie files to a dvd, put it in your pc dvd-drive and watch it on tv via a network. Or you can connect a external usb harddisk, flashdrive, usb dvd-drive or install a harddisk inside.There are other HD media streamers but I think this is the cheapest and best.</blockquote>
