I was a tech lead and conducted many interviews as well. Not a bad company to work,  especially for interns. There are many pros and cons, but all depends on the project you work. Most important thing is the culture, you have to market yourself within the company to get the attention of top. If not, you’re a just an employee without a growth. There is a separate set of people to run the show in social media, but that’s not the truth of the company. There are lot of people from uni: of Moratuwa they are really talented. Many batch tops are get selected and strong academic performance is a MUST to get a place. It’s a really good high technical team and you get number of opportunities (trainings, meetups, tech talks) to improve your skills. Negatives::: here the internal politics is also very advanced. It’s not visible, but later many senior members realized it and left the place.
