Message: <blockquote data-quote="tharinda07" data-source="post: 5369500" data-attributes="member: 21844">A/L Biology paper leaked? by Nilantha Madurawala http://www.island.lk/2009/08/18/news25.html                        The Ceylon Teachers’ Service Union has brought to the          notice of Education Minister that a model Biology paper which a private          tuition master distributed among his students in Matara, was similar in          most respects to the GCE (A/L) biology paper conducted by the          Examinations Department on Aug. 12.          Teachers have told Minister Susil Premjayantha that they          suspected a leak.          Six questions in both papers were almost identical,          teachers have pointed out. The model paper had been posted by the          private tutor to his students two days before the examination.          However, Commissioner General of Examinations Anura          Edirisinghe contacted for comment, ruled out any leak. He said simply          because some questions in a model paper prepared by a private tuition          master were similar to those in the paper prepared by the Examinations          Department, a conclusion could not be drawn that the government paper          had been leaked. </blockquote>
