( the one who knows the employee in RMV ) anyway. i went inside and when im going Security told me to off the phone. so i just look at them. and there was about 3 or 4 guys calling and chatting in the phones. then are they listening to that Security.. he he he...so i went inside and went to the Reception's. etakota she said Transfering section is near the Police hall. so i went there. but the head of that department said its not there its the first hall. not this one .... so i was the first one in the cue. and then i was waiting for the person who going to take the form.. in another 10 mins he came and he did a pretty good job quickly and then the deputy of the head had to sign. so on that time he was reading the news paper.. so i had to wait till he finished.. any way in another couple of mins like 5 he finished it and signed my form. then another lady came and she was laughing and anyway she also took sometime and slowly laughing with the other ppl and finished it.. so anyway.. finally i waited about 2 hours for finish some small thingwhat i want to say is.. do you guys think this Government Office is Efficient.. or any more comments</blockquote>
