Because an online community can't get any responsibility for action/actions of a member. It's just a forum to discuss issues and express their opinion on them. So the ELAKIRI.COM can't be sue due to the action of a member.They should take legal actions against the site (NEWS SITE) that published the news first. and what I did was I just took SCREEN SHOTS from that site and just made a thread to have an open discussion on this "SPECIFIC NEWS" since this a open forum to discuss anything. So I didn't make up this. It was just a consequence of that ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED NEWS in that site.If they need to take legal actions they have to take against that site and they cant take any action on ELAKIRI or of course against me for putting a thread like this based on that news.
