I also got a H9601 when my H9600 was faced to a lightning problem. Belive me or not i had to change that 3 times after buying that because of that disconecting problem.  I took it from SLT and all the samples i took from there stocks for testing gave the same problem when i was at SLT premises. Its the problem of that latest brand of Prolink and i had to buy H9600 from company. Actualy ADSL provides it maximum bandwidth ( 512kbps) if our home situated withing the place of 2Km orbit from the exchange.
