(Colombo Director) We operate two centers at mattala.. mattala tower and mattala approach.read my earlier comment carefully.Mattala landing strip gives legal allowance for A380s to fly direct from Australia to Middle east.without a runway at mattala they cant over the indian ocean.Because of the fact that mattala is there those A380s can take a shorter route over the ocean, overflying our FIR and they have to pay.</blockquote>
