This is the story Mr. Leonard Woolf tried to state in his epic novel more than 100 years ago when he returned to UK  after 8 years here as Civil Servant and also local Magistrate,  in his  Village in the Jungle (but unfortunately the plot was missed by the translator who omitted the important parts and translated only the story of characters in the novel something similar to Gamperaliya Film(what Prof A.J.Gunawardana did as script writer to Dr. Lester James Peris , who made the film without understanding the theme of the novel).So this happening again now under US, UK, Russia, France, China , ......This is only an example where it failed</blockquote>
