I made a service request, probably they have employed school leavers who can con and bluff as service representative. These id***s know nothing about the Signal Strenght (2G/3G), download speed, FUP or anything regarding technical. Especially their customer service is very pathetic. Being in Colombo and be able to surf the net only at a transfer rate of below 50kbps (not downloading movies but only viewing pages), I can't even load my Gmail page properly, this is absurd.
