I don't know how that is happened. but it is true my friend. Some of my friends bought AIRTEL 3GB connection and they recieving the same good speed as mine. But obviousely the old users always complaining about the speed. (specially in Panadura, Moratuwa(katubedda, angulana), Ratmalana, Mt.Lavinia area). Honestly don't know about the upcountry (kandy).As you know dialog (student) broad band package now a days faces the same scenario. People who bought that are now barely having 30-120kbps download speed even with I.D.M. , because of the heavy traffic which the network have to survive in peak hours.So i don't know about you guys. this speed is perfectly suits me.
