Police Children and Women Bureau OIC Buddhika Balachandra prosecuted.Investigations were initiated on a complaint by dramatist Premaranjith Thilakaratne.Fourteen witnesses, among who were former Public Performance Board Chairman, Prof. Somaratne Balasuriya, the minor and his mother, were listed as prosecution witnesses.</p></blockquote><p></p>
