ALFEA Secretary Faizer Mackeen said this indifference attitude shown by the President towards the association was not fair since foreign employment earnings attributed largely towards the state coffers. “Last year alone some $3.3 billion was earned by foreign employment earnings and some 98 percent of those who went abroad for employment were recruited by the licensed agencies”, Mr. Mackeen said.
