When you select a laptop for gaming go for the cooling system. My Alienware was pretty hot and i think thats the reason my motherboard got busted. But this G73GW im using is now 9 months old and still its managing 40-50 c when idle and 70-80c when gaming (metro 2033 and crysis 2).G53JW is bit hotter than G73JW because its more compact.Go for the sandybridge processor then you have a advantage of sharing L3 Cache between CPU and GPU.
