I am not a 100% sure, but it could be related to two things:1.) Your own attitude. No one (unless they are mentally ill), can give you Sh**t and bring you down if you have the right attitude.  2.) Communication.  Some racist shit happen due to the inability to communicate effectively. The good old Sri Lankan smile/grin is not enough to communicate sufficiently, I think. You have to be direct, firm and concise when you communicate.</blockquote>
