After release of jelly bean most performance related issues became irrelevant and if you want to do comparisons please use "google approved" devices preferably nexus range. And not to forget windows has a very bad reputation on security with all sorts of viruses and malware stuff. Finally it doesn't matter how fast your device can run software if it doesn't have apps to run in the first place. People and businesses are nowadays shifting for more open solutions than closed proprietary ones.</blockquote>
