According to hospital sources between twenty five to thirty people have been injured and are being taken to Colombo National Hospital.  The police and the Army have tightened security in the area. Security forces believe it is the act of a suicide bomber. The bomber had exploded him/herself near the counter for reserving seats say sources. The area opposite the railway station has been declared a high security zone and has been restricted for traffic. The security sections are investigating the body of the suicide bomber and the baggage nearby.</blockquote>
