According to a tamil friend of mine (in Sydney), every single tamil family has to donate $30 per month to LTTE. if you dont do this, they will catch you/your family members in Sri Lanka.. and if you go to SrI lanka from overseas, (If you're a tamil) they will ask you for atleast $1000 and if you dont give it to them, then they will keep your passport etc...So much for Tamil people's liberation eh!!
