For example, those kunu suddas, like HMS Elizabeth now mourn and mark the mistakes they made by public displays of sympathy (like the memorials on the day slavery was abolished in england). If they start doing this for things like the riots  that burned Tamil shops and things in the 80's, created by JVP and stupid sinhala buggers, then thats making a statement to the world. At least that way the world is re assured against what all the LTTE propaganda is saying and say that the GoSL isn't against Tamils but the LTTE.  We have to tread carefully, only if our politicians did the right thing, it's not too late.</blockquote>
