Use a good anti virus program and scan for Spyware, Malware etc.If you do what I said earlier then if you see a service saying svchost is using the cpu more than 50%, then that;s not the originl system file. (But check and make sure there is atleast 1 original svchost running.)And then get rid of the spywares.
