Message: <blockquote data-quote="WICKILEAKS" data-source="post: 9190016" data-attributes="member: 326944"><a href="http://peramunerala.wordpress.com/2010/06/12/%e0%b6%89%e0%b7%83%e0%b7%8a%e0%b6%bd%e0%b7%8f%e0%b6%b8%e0%b7%8a-%e0%b6%af%e0%b7%84%e0%b6%b8-%e0%b6%ad%e0%b7%94%e0%b6%bd-%e0%b6%9a%e0%b7%8f%e0%b6%b1%e0%b7%8a%e0%b6%ad%e0%b7%8f%e0%b7%80%e0%b6%a7/" target="_blank">ඉස්ලාම් දහම තුල කාන්තාවට හිමිව තිබෙන අයිතීන් හා වරප්‍රසාද</a> Posted by <a href="http://peramunerala.wordpress.com/" target="_blank">පෙරමුණේ රාළ</a> on June 12, 2010   අපේ ලංකා 1 ගොයියා දැන් නම වෙනස් කරගෙන. ඒත් තවමත් කරන්නේ යහ මග එකෙන් කොපි – පේස්ට් කරන එක විතරයි. මෙදා සැරේ ගොයියා විහින් නැහෙන කතාවකට අත ගහල තියෙනවා. ඒ <a href="http://lanka1.wordpress.com/2010/06/11/%e0%b6%89%e0%b7%83%e0%b7%8a%e0%b6%bd%e0%b7%8f%e0%b6%b8%e0%b7%8a-%e0%b6%af%e0%b7%84%e0%b6%b8-%e0%b6%ad%e0%b7%94%e0%b6%bd-%e0%b6%9a%e0%b7%8f%e0%b6%b1%e0%b7%8a%e0%b6%ad%e0%b7%8f%e0%b7%80%e0%b6%a7/" target="_blank">ඉස්ලාම් දහම තුල කාන්තාවට හිමිව තිඛෙන අයිතීන් හා වරප්‍රසාධයන්</a> ගැන කතා කරන්න ගොහින්. මේ  ලිපිය තුලම මේ උන්නැහේ බුද්ධාගමේ කාන්තාවට හිමි වන තැන ගැනත් කින්න උත්සාහ කරල තියෙනව. ඒ හින්ද අපි ඒ ගැන ඉස්සෙල්ලම බලමු.   බුද්ධාගම තුල කාන්තාවන්ට අයිතියක් නෑ කියන්න මෙයා අරගන්නේ අෂ්ඨ ගරු ධර්ම, ඒ කියන්නේ ප්‍රජාපතී ගෝතමිය පැවිද්ද ලබන කොට එකඟ වූ නීති ගැන. අපෙ ගොයියා ඇණ ගන්නේ මෙතනදී තමයි මේ ගොයියා හිතන්නේ භික්ෂුණීන් කියන්නේ සාමාන්‍ය කාන්තාවන් කියල. එයා භික්ෂුණීන්ට පනවපු නීති සාමාන්‍ය කාන්තාවන්ට ආදේශ කරන්න යනවා! පළමුවෙන්ම කියන්න ඕන දේ තමයි නිර්වානය ලබන්න කන්න්තාවක් වීම බාධාවක් නෙවෙයි කියන එක බුදු දහමේ පැහැදිලිව කියා තිබෙනවා. දෙවනි කාරණය තමයි නිවන් දකින්න පැවිදි වෙන්නම ඕනෙත් නෑ. තුන්වන කාරණය තමයි භික්ෂුණියක් වෙන කොට ඉහත නීති වලට හා විනය නීති වලට එකඟ වෙන්නේ කැමැත්තෙන්. කමැත්තෙන් එකඟ වන දේ පහත් කර තැබීමක් විදියට දකින්නේ කොහොමද කියන එක ප්‍රශ්නයක්. නමුත් සාමාන කාන්තාවන්ට මේ කිසිදු නීතියක් පනවලා නෑ. තවත් වැදගත් කරුණක් තමයි මේ අෂ්ට ගරු ධර්ම කියන එක ත්‍රිපිටකයේ සඳහන් වෙන එකක් නෙවෙයි. එහෙම දෙයක් තිබුණා නම් එය භික්ෂු / භික්ෂුණී සඳහා වන විනය පිටකයේ සඳහන් වන්නට ඕන. නමුත් විනය පිටකයේ එවැන්නක් දකින්නට නෑ. එබැවින් මෙය පසු කලෙක එක් වූ දෙයක් වෙන්න ඔනි. මෙතනදිත් පේ නවා නේද බුදු දහමේ තියෙන නිදහස? දැනට පිළිගන්න දෙය වුනත් අවබෝධයට ගැලපෙන්නේ නැත්නම් එය ඉවත් කරල දාන පුළුවන්. දැන් අපි හැරෙමු ඉස්ලාම් ආගම දිහාවට. ඉස්ලාම් ආගමේ කාන්තාවන්ට දීලා තියෙන තැන කොයි වගේද කියල අපි සලකලලා බලමු.   1. කාන්තාවන් ගෙදර දොර ඇති කරන සතුන්ට සමාන කරලා එක් තැනක සඳහන් වෙනවා.   2. කාන්තාවන් ගේ නුවණ අඩු නිසාත්, ඔවුන්ට පහසුවෙන් අමතක වන නිසාත් ෂරියා නීතිය ඉදිරියේදී පුරුෂයෙකුගේ ඇසින් දුටු සාක්ෂිය කන්න්තාවන් දෙදෙනෙකු විසින් දුටු සාක්ෂියකට සමාන කරනවා 2:282 – Let his guardian dictate faithfully, and get two witnesses, out of your own men, and if there are not two men, then a man and two women, such as ye choose, for witnesses, so that if one of them errs, the other can remind her 3. අපායේ ඉන්නා අයගෙන් වැඩිහරියක් කාන්තාවන් බව මුහම්මද් කියා ඇත. ඔවුන් මෝඩ බවත් ඔසප් වීම සිදු වන නිසා ආගමානුකූල අතිනුත් දුර්වල බව මුහම්මද් කියනවා. Volume 1, Book 6, Number 301: Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri:Once Allah’s Apostle went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) o ‘Id-al-Adha or Al-Fitr prayer. Then he passed by the women and said, “O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-fire were you (women).” They asked, “Why is it so, O Allah’s Apostle ?” He replied, “You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you.” The women asked, “O Allah’s Apostle! What is deficient in our intelligence and religion?” He said, “Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?” They replied in the affirmative. He said, “This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Isn’t it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her  menses?” The women replied in the affirmative. He said, “This is the deficiency in her religion.” 4. දේපල උරුම වීමේදී කාන්තාවකට උරුම වනුයේ පුරුෂයකුට උරුම වන ධනයෙන් භාගයක් පමණි 4:11 – Allah (thus) directs you as regards your Children’s (Inheritance): to the male, a portion equal to that of two females: if only daughters, two or more, their share is two-thirds of the inheritance; if only one, her share is a half. For parents, a sixth share of the inheritance to each, if the deceased left children; if no children, and the parents are the (only) heirs, the mother has a third; if the deceased Left brothers (or sisters) the mother has a sixth. (The distribution in all cases (‘s) after the payment of legacies and debts. Ye know not whether your parents or your children are nearest to you in benefit. These are settled portions ordained by Allah; and Allah is All-knowing, Al-wise. 5. කාන්තාවන් තම සැමියන් හා ලිංගිකව එක්වීමට සෑමවිටම සූදානම්ව සිටිය යුතුය. එය ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කරන්නට ඔවුන්ට නොහැකිය. කුඹුරට යන නගුල වාගේ පුරුෂයන්ට රති සුව සැපයීමට ඔවුන් සූදානම් වී සිටිය යුතුය. නමුත් පුරුෂයන්ට අවශ්‍ය නම් බිරිඳ සමග ලිංගිකව එක්නොවී සිටීම මගින් දඬුවම් කළ හැකිය. 2:223: Your wives are as a tilth unto you; so approach your tilth when or how ye will; 6. දික්කසාද වූ කාන්තාවකට සිය සැමියා සමග නෑත් විවාහ වෙන්න පුළුවන් වෙනත් පිරිමියෙක් එක්ක විවාහ වෙලා හිටියොත් විතරයි. නමුත් පුරුෂයාට එහෙම නොකර කෙලින්ම ආයෙත් විවාහ කර ගන්න පුළුවන්. 2:230 – So if a husband divorces his wife (irrevocably), He cannot, after that, re-marry her until after she has married another husband and He has divorced her. In that case there is no blame on either of them if they re-unite, provided they feel that they can keep the limits ordained by Allah. Such are the limits ordained by Allah, which He makes plain to those who understand. 7. කාන්තාවන් ඉස්ලාම් ආගමේ සලකන්නේ ඔටුවන්, එළුවන් වැනි ද්‍රව්‍යමය වතු ලෙස. වහල් තරුණියන් කැමති තරමක් සරණ පාවා ගැන්මට ඔවුන්ට හැකියි. මෙහිදී වහල් තරුණිය ඒ සඳහා කැමැත්ත දකවනවාද නැත්ද කියන එකේ වැදගත් කමක් නෑ. බලෙන්ම උනත් ලිංගික ක්‍රියාවලට යොදා ගන්න පුළුවන්. එනම්, ඒ තරුණියන් දූෂණය කිරීමට, කුරාණය මගින් ඉඩ දී තියෙනවා. මෙහි කියලා සඳහන් right hands possess වෙන්නේ වහල් ස්ත්‍රීන්. මේ වහල් ස්ත්‍රීන් කලින් විවාහ වී සිටියත් ඒ ගැන කිසිම තැකීමක් නොකරන්නටත් එයින් උපදෙස් දෙනවා. 4:24 – Also (prohibited are) women already married, except those whom your right hands possess: Thus hath Allah ordained (Prohibitions) against you: Except for these, all others are lawful, provided ye seek (them in marriage) with gifts from your property,- desiring chastity, not lust, seeing that ye derive benefit from them, give them their dowers (at least) as prescribed; but if, after a dower is prescribed, agree Mutually (to vary it), there is no blame on you, and Allah is All-knowing, All-wise. 8. කාන්තාවන්ට පහර දීම පවා කුරාණය අනුමත කරනවා. 4:34 – Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband’s) absence what Allah would have them guard. As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill-conduct, admonish them (first), (Next), refuse to share their beds, (And last) beat them (lightly); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them Means (of annoyance): For Allah is Most High, great (above you all). ඔන්න ඔහොම තමයි කුරාණය සහ මුස්ලිම් ආගම කාන්තාවන්ට වරප්‍රසාද දෙන්නේ. ඒ වගෙම වයස 18 වෙන්න කලින් බන්දලත් දෙනවා. අධ්‍යාපනය සම්පූර්ණ කරන්න ඉඩ හම්බ වෙන්නේ නෑ. විශ්වවිද්‍යාලෙකට ගිහින් බලන්න මුස්ලිම් ගෑණු ළමයින් ඉන්නේ කී දෙනාද කියල. අපි ලංකා 1 (ඉස්ලාම් ඉන් සිංහල) ට කියන්න තියෙන්නේ ඔබේ ආගමේ ගෑණුන්ට සලකන්නේ සත්තුන්ට වගේ. ඒක වහන්න අනික් ආගම් ගාව ගන්න එපා. ඒකෙන් වෙන්නේ තවත් කිච වෙන එක විතරයි.</blockquote>
