The deal would include both the streaming Beats Music subscription service, as well as the part of the company that produces headphones and speakers. The move, which would be Apple's largest acquisition ever, could be announced as soon as next week, the paper says. Citing sources, Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, and Recode also confirmed that the deal was nearing completion. Apple declined to comment, and Beats did not respond to a request for comment. <a href="http://www.theverge.com/2014/5/8/5696652/apple-reportedly-considering-buying-beats-electronics-for-3-2-billion" target="_blank">http://www.theverge.com/2014/5/8/5696652/apple-reportedly-considering-buying-beats-electronics-for-3-2-billion</a> <a href="http://www.cnet.com/news/apple-said-to-be-in-talks-to-buy-beats-electronics-for-3-2b/" target="_blank">http://www.cnet.com/news/apple-said-to-be-in-talks-to-buy-beats-electronics-for-3-2b/</a> <a href="http://venturebeat.com/2014/05/08/apple-acquires-beats-for-3-2b/" target="_blank">http://venturebeat.com/2014/05/08/apple-acquires-beats-for-3-2b/</a> +++=================+++ THREAD UPDATED <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/happy.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":)" title="Happy    :)" data-shortname=":)" /><img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/happy.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":)" title="Happy    :)" data-shortname=":)" /> +++=================+++ FINALLY APPLE BOUGHT Beats ELECTRONICS <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/dull.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":dull:" title="Dull    :dull:" data-shortname=":dull:" /><img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/dull.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":dull:" title="Dull    :dull:" data-shortname=":dull:" /> Beats sale to Apple seemingly confirmed by 'first billionaire in hip hop' Dr. Dre <a href="http://www.theverge.com/2014/5/9/5698632/dr-dre-hip-hop-billionaire-video" target="_blank">http://www.theverge.com/2014/5/9/5698632/dr-dre-hip-hop-billionaire-video</a> What Apple is really buying with Beats <a href="http://www.theverge.com/2014/5/9/5698158/what-apple-is-really-buying-with-beats" target="_blank">http://www.theverge.com/2014/5/9/5698158/what-apple-is-really-buying-with-beats</a> </blockquote>
