I don't know current salary range. But I heard HCL give around 45K with an agreement. Virtusa before few years ago gave around 25K to 35K if you came from SLITT, NSBM etc and paid around 60K + if you came from Pera etc. (which I not recommend of-course)I guess currently they are paying around 40K +And understand Virtusa is not THE company, but it was THE few years back.
