But ISI produces vaccines to both the US & USA markets and one of the world's largest vacccine providers. They are a reputed outfit.Why Covishield is NOT accepted in the EU is because the manufacturer hasn't registered for a license.I have said here more than 25 times not to compare side-effects. It's different from one person to other. Also there are factors related to age and gender.The US CDC and the accepted advise is  against painkillers before a COVID-19 shot. It says they can be taken afterwards for symptoms. (The concern is that some pain killers might work against the vaccine doing it's job)No vaccine gives you 100% immunity. Even with two doses of AZ, Pfizer or Moderna - you can get infected with the Delta variant.
