Most newcomers  start with a small job while looking for a proper job for their qualifications.  For example, a mechanical engineer may work as a machine operator, while looking for a suitable job. If you are earning 80k per month in s/l (as I understood it) you can earn that easily with any  job (full or part time), because the minimum wage here in oz is $600+(I cant remember the exact amount) per week. Divide that by 38(hours) and that makes the hourly rate. I am not sure how long you have to work here to apply for PR, but I feel it may be more than 1.5 years. Good luck</p></blockquote><p></p>
