So he has put the <a href="http://www.elakiri.com" target="_blank">www.elakiri.com</a> site in that required field and published it...  Not only balukir people any one can take a domain from <a href="http://www.dot.tk" target="_blank">www.dot.tk</a>  and redirect the link to any website you wish....
