They thinks the whole road belongs to them, and never obey traffic laws, once i hit a 3 whhel driver at borella, bcos of his idiot driving which nearly got me to an accident, and this bugger had complained to human rights commission and i had to pay 5000 to him, anyway that didnt stop me hitting this idiots. Ppl who drive around colombo know the hazzel they face from 3 wheelers. I know gov cant just banned 3 wheelers,it should happen step by step. and the same time gov should introduce alternative for 3 wheelers, something like Tat neno.</p></blockquote><p></p>
