Check the Web sites and you will find.  That does not mean all shops at Unity are bad, you get good ones too. Even Barclays is not bad as you say compared to others. But most of you want to buy parts at cost or under cost at low values that is the reason why you go to Unity so when one customer returns a product they too need to sell it back and they pass it to you since the price at which they sell cannot provide margin for them to have demo units. When you buy casing at less than 2500 & motherboard at 5200 how can you think of going out of unity since no one else will provide these price other than unity shops. So if you want better service you too be willing to pay some margin to the vendor to provide service in return to you. But that does not mean he needs to kill a customer.</blockquote>
