Furthermore, who knows 'you' better? an unknown agent or yourself??   When I migrate to OZ in 1990, we not had computers, internet or even telephone. But unlike now days, we can go in to Aus high commission and get all the information.  Just get on the oz government websites and find out all the requirements for your field, and if you can fulfil the requirements, just  apply yourself.
