It will require industry exposure to complete PGD and the project within 18 months. I did BCS in 2 years, But still didn't finnish my project due to the fact that i need a good year of experience if I want to get a distinction . Just racing through  levels and passing the project maybe get you a job, But taking little more extra time might help one's carrier development.
