SLIIT 4years you can do in weekends and go for a job. BIT is ok too but sliit one is an honours degree so it is better. why 4 years better? coz you'll get to learn more languages and technologies(honours only matter if you want tp go to do masters etc). Do BIT if you want to get to work full time early. Please do know that in the industry they dont give that much importance to what type of degree you have. skills and experince matter not degrees.

I didnt do any of those degrees mentioned above but just gave my two cents.
