If you wanna do UOC BIT  you have to do it from the 1st year regardless of the qualification you have..But UOM BIT had announced that they would give excemptions to the people those who have acceptable level qualifications and allow them to directly start the degree programme from the final year...BTW, I suggest you to go to UOM to get this thing clarified  as then only u can get an answer from a responsible person.(Coz you have to cleary tell them what kind of a diploma u have..They give excemptions only to recognized diplomas..)Regards,V</blockquote>
